Contrium's history dates back to the early nineties. Dicke & Wicharz Managementberatung GmbH is where the concept of high-powered consultancy services first took shape. Here, the two founding partners of Contrium, Dr. Hans-Rudolf Dicke and Dr. Christoph Backhaus, first got to know each other and created their individual approach to advising top managers.

In 2002, the two experienced professionals set up Contrium Consulting AG in Hamburg. From its beginning, the focus of Contrium's corporate philosophy has been the uncompromisingly high quality of our consultancy services.
