DR. HANS-RUDOLF DICKE.

Holding a PhD in chemistry, Hans-Rudolf Dicke initially worked for Bayer AG during the eighties, and then for several years for McKinsey & Company. His way of thinking and his actions are marked by logic, structure and a love of challenge. During his 20 years of professional experience, he primarily focussed on business strategies, corporate reorganization and procurement. In addition to his knowledge of various other branches of industry, he has extensive experience in the provision of consultancy services to the chemical industry. His drive to become active as an entrepreneur is reflected in his setting up various companies. A father of three, he always approaches his work with the aim of finding the most direct path to success. Preferably, with a great deal of philosophic calm.
