Trust and responsibility are our top priorities. This means that from your first day with Contrium you will be involved in the project work. Allowedly, the water might be quite cold at times. However, from the outset you will be able and are expected to contribute your ideas and recommendations. Unlike large consultancy firms Contrium works with smaller teams which means that you will be working in direct contact with the client and have to personally present your results and recommendations.

Besides learning on the job, your career development will be systematically promoted. Twice a year we take a time out with the whole team for training sessions and other discussions that are easily neglected during the normal working life. Depending on our teams' training requirements, we ask internal and/or external trainers to coach us. Because we strongly believe that no individual should ever stop broadening his/her horizon. Experienced consultants also have the opportunity to work with external coaches to improve their individual performance.
